48-Hour Returns
You can request a return within 48 hours of delivery on eligible standard orders. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
Initiating a return is simple:
- Go to My Orders and open the delivered order
- Tap Request Return, choose a reason, and add photos if they help
- Keep the item ready in its original packaging
- Our courier partner will collect it from your doorstep
Try & Buy Orders
Try & Buy (Doorstep Trial) orders are settled right at your doorstep, you keep only what you love and pay only for those items, so there is no separate return afterwards. The ₹200 trial fee and the delivery fee are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds go to your original payment method, typically UPI within about 3 days and cards within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or as Insixti credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Beauty products and cosmetics
- Fragrances
- Innerwear and swimwear
- Items marked "Final Sale"
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, request a return within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
